• Significant transfer pricing experience across the lifecycle.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication across senior audiences.
• Ability to identify risk and conduct effective reviews.
• Client-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
• Creative and pragmatic problem solving with strategic thinking.
• Experience coaching and developing junior staff.
• Strong project management with planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems with EY, clients, and tax authorities.
• Prepare high-quality technical deliverables for Partner review.
• Lead technically complex transfer pricing projects with value-driven outcomes.
• Utilise EY’s AI-enabled solutions in delivering client services.
• Build and lead relationships with key client contacts for high service levels.
• Identify new opportunities and expand engagements across tax and commercial issues.
• Utilise networks to manage flows of opportunities.
• Develop junior staff through supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
• Lead practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and business development.
