Qualifications

• Significant transfer pricing experience and lifecycle expertise.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication; adapt style for senior audiences.
• Ability to identify risk, conduct reviews, and escalate when needed.
• Client-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Creatively and pragmatically solve problems with a strategic approach.
• Experience coaching and developing junior team members.
• Strong project management: plan, prioritise, meet deadlines, manage budget.

Responsibilities

• Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems with EY, clients, and tax authorities.
• Prepare high-quality technical deliverables suitable for Partner review across TP issues.
• Lead delivery of technically complex TP projects with a value-driven focus.
• Utilise EY technology and AI-enabled solutions in client services and contribute to development of these tools.
• Build and manage relationships with key client contacts to deliver outstanding service.
• Identify opportunities, expand engagements, and support cross-team collaboration.
• Leverage internal and external networks to generate new TP opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through supervision and coaching.
• Lead practice development initiatives like thought leadership and client development.
