Job summary

Clandestine Training, based in Hereford, is seeking a Training Manager to own the planning, coordination and delivery of our training programmes. You will work directly with clients, instructors and the wider team to shape how our courses are designed and delivered, both in the UK and internationally.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience in training management or instructional design, and the ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Experience in training management or learning & development leadership.
• Background in defence, security, government, or comparable operational environments is valued.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating training programmes and delivery schedules
• Delivering specialist training directly to clients in the UK and internationally
• Managing instructors and training resources
• Working with clients to define and develop their training requirements
• Developing and improving course content and training materials
• Maintaining training records, documentation and quality assurance processes
• Reviewing training outcomes and driving improvements
• Supporting training proposals and new business development opportunities
