Job summary

NHS England in Cambridge is seeking a Training Programme Director to work with and support the Postgraduate Dean in leading the delivery of a wide range of functions within their specialty, aligned to NHS England mandate.

The role is a fixed-term appointment, with a contract until 31 March 2027, and requires adherence to GMC and Royal College standards. Colleagues are expected to spend around 40% of their time in our offices as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of training in the specified specialty in line with GMC standards.
• Work with and support the Postgraduate Dean to deliver a wide range of functions aligned to NHS England mandate.
• Coordinate administrative and regulatory processes for training programmes and ESR onboarding.
