NHS England is seeking a part-time Training Programme Director (TPD) to lead and support the delivery of specialist training, aligned to GMC standards. The role oversees education quality, workforce development, and programme management across the specialty.

You will work with the Postgraduate Dean, coordinate regional training, and ensure compliance with regulatory and curricular requirements while promoting collaboration and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with learners or doctors in training in educational contexts.
• Leadership in healthcare education and multi-professional teams.
• Delivery of service and education with a track record of impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional training programme and advise on curriculum and assessments.
• Support Postgraduate Deans in educational development and compliance with requirements.
• Engage with College and NHSE meetings and report on progress.
