Job summary

Yunex Limited is seeking a Traffic Signal Engineer to work on challenging UK traffic engineering projects across the consultancy services team. The role involves taking a senior level from design to customer approval, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions across a range of disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have experience with UK standards, AutoCAD, LinSig, and UTC/UTMC systems, and be capable of guiding projects through to successful implementation while

Qualifications

• High level of communication skills (verbal and written) and collaborative working.
• Ability to solve complex traffic engineering problems and manage customer expectations.
• Ability to meet objectives with strict deadlines and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for H&S and professional development of direct reports where applicable.
• Deliver a wide range of traffic engineering projects to UK standards and best practices.
• Assess and mitigate risks in traffic projects with ergonomic and sustainable principles.
• Travel to site visits, validations and customer meetings with overnight stays where needed.
• Prepare technical reports and specifications and provide technical checks prior to delivery.
• Prepare consultancy/design quotations and manage projects financially.
