Job summary

Yunex Traffic is seeking a Traffic Signal Engineer to deliver complex UK traffic engineering projects and lead on design, testing and customer liaison. The role involves close collaboration across the Consultancy Services team and relates to digital signal management and site validations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge of signal design, software like AutoCAD, LinSig, and UTC/UTMC systems, with strong communication and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

Proven track record in traffic engineering with UK standards.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage workloads.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of traffic engineering projects across the UK to current standards, guidance and best practice.
Deliver projects with ergonomic, economic and sustainable principles.
Prepare technical reports and specifications for clients.
Provide project management and financial tracking.
Travel to site visits and customer meetings with occasional overnight stays.
