Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is recruiting a Senior Traffic Orders Specialist in London to join our Parking team. You will support the Associate in delivering high-quality traffic orders for local authority clients and contribute to meaningful transport management projects across the UK.

The role requires experience in traffic orders, strong communication, and the ability to manage workloads to deadlines. Hybrid working and a range of staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of traffic order procedures, parking regulations and traffic management principles.
• Proven experience drafting traffic orders within a local authority or consultancy environment.
• Able to manage your own workload and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Previous line management experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Draft accurate and compliant traffic orders across multiple schemes.
• Manage traffic order projects, ensuring delivery to timescales and budgets.
• Support project financial tracking and monthly reviews.
• Maintain project documentation in line with QA standards.
• Line manage and support development of team members.
• Produce clear and concise research summaries.
• Support ongoing development opportunities for career progression.
