The successful candidate will lead microsimulation and traffic model development, provide technical expertise, and support various projects across the UK. A strong background in LinSig and Vissim, alongside excellent communication skills, is essential. Qualifications

• Strong experience with LinSig and Vissim (or other microsimulation software).
• Working knowledge of traffic modelling standards and guidance.
• Comfortable in multi-disciplinary teams to resolve complex design problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of microsimulation and local traffic models.
• Manage sub-consultants and support staff on projects.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and design reports.
