• UK experience in Local Authority traffic engineering or consultancy.
• Confident in detailed design and implementation of traffic schemes.
• Competent in relevant traffic engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic schemes and public consultations.
• Prepare technical reports and manage stakeholders.
• Liaise with contractors and clarify site queries.
