Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Trade Implementation Manager Senior Associate in Payments for Trade Finance to consult with clients, understand technical and business needs, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver Trade Finance products on time and efficiently.

You will manage complex, multi-phase implementations, build strong client relationships, and liaise with Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Service to ensure requirements are understood and satisfied from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience with client implementations or project delivery in finance.
• Structured delivery approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Service.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage core Trade Finance product implementations for clients in EMEA.
• Lead scoping and introductory meetings to align requirements with capabilities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
• Develop deal execution plans and manage onboarding and technical delivery.
• Prepare and publish implementation status reports and presentations.
• Conduct warm handoffs to Client Service after project completion.
• Serve as escalation point and resolve client issues promptly.
• Provide innovative solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams for a coordinated approach.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to system and process change management projects.
