The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage major planning projects across all sectors, includingrenewables and infrastructure.
• Advise clients on planning strategies, feasibility studies, and environmental considerations.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, environmental reviews, and key documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities, communities, and regulators.
• Support business growth, contributing to bids, tenders, and client proposals.

What We’re Looking For

• RTPI membership (or working towards it).
• Strong planning expertise, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation, policy, and best practices.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
• A passion for sustainability, energy, and environmental planning.
