Our client is a well-established planning consultancy based in York. They are seeking an experienced Planner to work on a variety of projects for private sector clients across England and Wales.

As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for working proactively on a range of planning applications and appeals, focusing on large-scale residential and renewable energy projects, including site reviews, applications, and appeals.

The firm has a secure stream of work from their joint venture partners and is expanding due to growth in their private client base. You will lead and manage diverse projects, primarily in large-scale residential and renewable energy planning, working within a multidisciplinary team of chartered planners, architects, landscape architects, urban designers, and engineers.
