Qualifikationen

• Strong UK planning experience.
• Experience working in a planning consultancy or local authority.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to determination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Stakeholder engagement with clients and authorities.

Aufgaben

• Managing planning projects from inception through to determination.
• Preparing and coordinating planning applications, appraisals and supporting documents.
• Providing planning and development advice to private and public-sector clients.
• Undertaking planning policy research and assessing development opportunities.
• Working closely with architects, developers, landowners and wider consultant teams.
• Liaising with local planning authorities and other stakeholders.
• Supporting strategic land promotion and major development projects.
• Attending client meetings, site visits and planning committees where required.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Taking increasing responsibility for projects and contributing to the continued growth of the consultancy.
