Position Overview: The company are seeking a talented and experienced Senior
Town Planner to join our team at the Kent office. As a Senior Town Planner, you will
play a key role in managing and leading projects, providing expert advice, and
contributing to the growth and success of our consultancy.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage town planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and high
quality outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on planning applications, appeals, and strategic
development projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project
goals.
• Stay updated on planning policies, legislation, and industry trends.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Town Planning or related field.
• Full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy
environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
