Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Town Planner with 5+ years' post-qualification experience to join its planning team. You will work on a range of residential, commercial, education, and regeneration projects, liaising with architects, urban designers, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments from concept through to approval.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a consultancy or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

A highly respected, design-led practice is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join its growing planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware planner with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across sectors including residential, commercial, education, and regeneration. Working closely with architects, urban designers, and external stakeholders, you will contribute to high-quality, sustainable developments from concept through to approval.

Key Responsibilities
