Are you a commercially minded Senior Chartered Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy known for delivering high-impact planning solutions across the UK. Due to sustained growth and an impressive pipeline of work, they're now looking to strengthen their Planning team with an experienced and ambitious planner.

• Mentoring junior planners and supporting business development initiatives.

About you:

• MRTPI qualified with at least 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
• Excellent communication, client management, and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Commercially aware and keen to play a role in business growth.
