What You'll Be Doing

• Leading or supporting a wide range of planning projects, from strategic planning to development management
• Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals
• Providing sound planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Leading stakeholder engagement, public consultation, and negotiation with local authorities
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Staying up to date with planning legislation and policy to ensure high-quality outputs

• MRTPI qualified (or eligible)

• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
