Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their established planning team. You will deliver expert planning advice on residential, commercial and leisure schemes and lead projects within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Member of the RTPI (or close to submitting)
• Previous experience within the planning industry, preferably within a consultancy environment

• Taking up the role of project lead on a variety of projects
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Actively contribute to the further growth of the team and workload including the preparation of fee proposals
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Preparing and submitting applications and appeals
• Attending client meetings and planning committees

Our client, an established Planning Consultancy have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their Edinburgh based team.
