As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing and delivering a variety of planning projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage planning applications and appeals.
·Provide expert advice on planning policy and development management.
·Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
·Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
·Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documents.
·Represent clients at planning committees and public inquiries.
·Mentor and support junior team members.

Key Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Town Planner, ideally within a consultancy environment.
·In-depth knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
·Chartered membership of the RTPI (or working towards it) is desirable.
