As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for
·Conducting research and analysis to support planning applications.
·Engaging with stakeholders, including local communities and government bodies.
·Preparing and presenting reports on planning proposals.
·Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive project planning.

To be successful in this role, you will need
·A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
·Chartered MRTPI Status
·Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in town planning.
·Strong knowledge of planning regulations and legislation.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
