Our client’s large multidisciplinary team offers commercial, residential, and rural planning services, handling various complex aspects of the planning process.

The team has expertise in applications and appeals, compulsory purchase and compensation, regeneration and urban design, economics, heritage appraisals and strategy, legal agreements and infrastructure payments, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and environment, and planning policy.

In this role, you will manage diverse projects, support senior team members, provide client advice, and conduct reports and planning submissions. Responsibilities also include site assessments, applications, appeals, and business development.

Candidate Requirements

• MRTPI Town Planner qualification
• Previous experience at Senior Planner level, in either public or private sectors
• Strong knowledge of the planning process
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with leadership skills and workload management capabilities
