Job summary

You will work closely with senior colleagues across Development, Investment, Agency and Planning to shape strategies that unlock value for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to write clearly, present concisely and engage stakeholders.
• Experience in asset management, investment, policy, economic development or related fields desirable.
• Analytical mindset with strong numeric and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Be day-to-day lead on asset management mandates for retail-led schemes and locations.
• Maintain governance, prepare quarterly reporting packs and client presentations.
• Oversee leasing activity and asset performance, coordinating with agents and legal teams.
• Monitor estate operations, service charges, compliance and risk registers.
• Develop and deliver business plans, supporting regeneration objectives.
• Lead and participate in market engagement and ongoing knowledge development.
