We’re looking for an experienced Tour Organiser to join a small, specialist team delivering exceptional, specialist travel tours across Europe for international clients.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll manage your own tours end-to‑end—from planning and client liaison through to on‑the‑ground delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and costing bespoke European itineraries
• Working closely with suppliers, guides and ground agents
• Managing client relationships
• Creating engaging, high‑quality itineraries and travel documents
• Overseeing bookings, finances and tour administration
• Leading tours and ensuring a seamless client experience
• Handling logistics and resolving issues with confidence
