Job summary

Korn Ferry’s EMEA Total Rewards practice is seeking a Senior Principal to lead complex, multi-country reward engagements and advise CHROs and executive teams. You’ll design compensation and benefits strategies, shape job architecture, governance, and pay transparency, driving market-leading pay transformation in line with EU directives and regulatory changes.

You’ll operate as a senior delivery lead and strategic advisor, building relationships, growing the business, and representing Korn Ferry

• Advise on pay frameworks, job architecture, grading, and market positioning.
• Act as a trusted partner to CHROs and executive teams with clear recommendations.
