Job summary

Elliott Scott - HR search & recruitment is seeking an experienced Total Rewards leader to drive compensation, benefits and payroll strategy across Europe and India. You will manage salary reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation and benefits structures while partnering with senior leaders in HR, Finance, Legal and Operations.

This role leads the UK reward team and provides matrix leadership to the India team, ensuring compliance with UK, European and Indian legislation and driving ongoing reward

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards across Europe and India.
• Expertise in compensation design, benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Knowledge of UK/European reward legislation; Indian experience advantageous.
• Commercial leadership with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

About you

• Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or Reward, with multi-country responsibility across Europe and ideally India.


• Strong expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, job evaluation and benefits strategy.


• Solid knowledge of UK and European reward legislation, with Indian statutory experience advantageous.


• A commercially minded leader with excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
