Parker Electromechanical is seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer to design the systems that keep industry moving. You’ll tackle complex heat exchanger and plant-configuration challenges across process and manufacturing sectors, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in process or manufacturing engineering with heat exchanger design.
• Strong thermal-design expertise with mechanical-design knowledge.
• Experience in FEED and EPC contexts preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead across functions and develop others.
• Mentor and coach engineers.

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer requirements to create robust thermal designs and quotations.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Produce and approve engineering documentation for manufacturing handover.
• Perform simulations and provide technical support for new and existing designs.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, service, and project teams.
• Coach, train, and technically develop less-experienced engineers.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen products, processes, and business performance.
