• 8+ years in process or manufacturing engineering with heat exchanger design.
• Strong thermal-design expertise with mechanical-design knowledge.
• Experience in FEED and EPC contexts preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead across functions and develop others.
• Mentor and coach engineers.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent experience—in an engineering discipline; a Master’s degree is desirable.
• 8+ years’ experience in process or manufacturing engineering, including heat exchanger or plant-configuration design.
• Strong thermal-design expertise supported by sound mechanical-design knowledge.
• Experience in FEED and EPC environments is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, customer-service, and decision-making skills.
• A proven ability to lead across functions, manage priorities independently, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Experience mentoring and developing other engineers.
