An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an integrated service in Bolton. Bolton community services provide therapy, care, and support for patients in their own homes. We help people to stay as well as possible in their own homes and communities.
We are looking for full-time or part-time Senior Therapy Instructors to work within our Community Therapy Team. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Senior Therapy Instructors, Rehab Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners.
Your role will be to work independently with patients in the community, usually within their homes, delivering therapy interventions under supervision. The interventions include Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives in Bolton.

Our service operates from 08:00 to 18:00, seven days a week. Currently, there is no weekend working for Band 3, but this is subject to review.
We have six neighborhood bases covering different areas of Bolton, and you will be based in one of these with your team.

This role is subject to DBS checks, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975.
Locations include Pikes Lane, Waters Meeting, Castle Hill, Farnworth Town Hall, Breightmet HC, and Winifred Kettle.
