As a Senior Spa Therapist, some duties and responsibilities include:

• Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to ensure you provide the best client care and customer service, creating unforgettable treatment experiences.
• Being responsible for your work areas, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and reporting any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by practicing safe work procedures and attending relevant training courses to offer all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
• Staying updated on product ranges and new treatments to provide professional advice to guests through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events.
• Maximizing revenue opportunities in line with your targets and seeking support or training when needed.
