As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be passionate, friendly, and committed to providing first-class service. You should be skilled in delivering high standards of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments, including facials, massages, and nail treatments. Your motivation will be driven by a desire to exceed guests' expectations.

We boast state-of-the-art facilities across all our resorts and hotels, featuring modern and stylish spas.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring adherence to treatment times.
2. Following Champneys protocols and training programs to provide the best service to guests.
3. Having thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa, hotel facilities, and rules, and advising customers accordingly.
4. Managing your working areas, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and reporting defects to maintenance.
5. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
6. Attending training courses necessary for your therapist grade to offer all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
7. Communicating positively and constructively with managers and receptionists regarding treatments and scheduling, including shift changes.
8. Staying updated on product ranges and new treatments.
9. Providing professional advice through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote treatments.
10. Delivering exceptional client care to ensure memorable treatment experiences.
11. Maximizing revenue opportunities and seeking support or training when needed.
12. Recommending homecare products to help guests maintain results at home.
13. Mentoring junior therapists by sharing knowledge and experience.
14. Providing skin consultations and full home care prescriptions to premier guests.

Weekend work is scheduled on a rota basis.
