As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be passionate, friendly, and committed to providing first-class service. You will deliver the highest standards of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments, and be confident in performing facials, massages, and nail treatments.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring treatment times are adhered to.
2. Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to provide the best service to our guests.
3. Having thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa and Hotel facilities, rules, and advising customers accordingly.
4. Being responsible for your working areas, ensuring equipment is operational, clean, and reporting any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
5. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
6. Attending any necessary training courses for your therapist grade to offer all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
7. Collaborating positively with the manager and reception staff regarding scheduled treatments, changes, or additions to meet guest needs, including shift flexibility.
8. Keeping up-to-date with product developments and new treatments.
9. Providing professional advice to guests through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote treatments.
10. Delivering exceptional client care to ensure a memorable treatment experience.
11. Maximizing revenue opportunities in line with targets and seeking support or training when needed.
12. Recommending suitable homecare to help guests maintain their results at home.
13. Mentoring junior therapists by sharing knowledge and experience.
14. Providing skin consultations and full home care prescriptions to premium guests.
15. Weekend work is on a rota basis.
