Job summary

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner for its bank team in the Wessex region. The role requires current NMC registration and post-registration experience with mentoring ability, plus strong clinical skills to support patient care.

We offer a flexible ad-hoc bank arrangement with competitive pay up to £30 per hour, guided by experience. Join us to contribute to surgical services across orthopaedics, urology, and more while maintaining high standards of patient

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at our Wessex Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and have strong clinical experience.

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will:

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women’s Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, so we can give our patients a complete package of care. There are 16 consulting rooms with specialty outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite. We are looking for an experienced general/Urology/Orthopaedic scrub practitioner to join our bank team.
