Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP) in Anaesthetics/Recovery. This permanent, full‑time role offers a salary up to £44,100 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a £3,000 Golden Hello.

You will be NMC registered with post‑registration experience across anaesthetic and recovery. You will lead by example, mentor junior staff, and contribute to scheduling, recruitment and training while ensuring outstanding patient care with autonomous clinical

Qualifications

• Essential anaesthetic and recovery experience.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and lead by example.
• Knowledge of teaching and assessment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide anaesthetic and recovery care with strong clinical skills.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff and students in the theatre environment.
