Salary: Up to £43,000.00 per year

The Private Hospital in Middlesex is part of one of the UK's largest private hospital groups, providing complex surgery across the country. Recognized as one of the UK's top employers in healthcare, we are seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our theatre team.

This full-time role involves a 37.5-hour week with flexible shifts.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
• Post-registration qualification relevant to functional specialty (e.g., Advanced Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant)
• ENB 998 and/or mentorship course
• Recognized anaesthetic course
• ILS certification
• Orthopaedic skills
• Mentorship qualification
• ILM3 qualification
• Experience in an acute healthcare environment
• Leadership experience in managing clinical teams

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, quality peri-operative patient care
• Supporting and organizing care within the operating department
• Leading patient care during surgical lists
• Ensuring safety checks and policy adherence
• Contributing to quality improvement and team development
• Promoting evidence-based practice and legislative compliance
