Qualifications

• Degree in related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HALT/HASS and laboratory equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental and durability test activities for electric propulsion systems.
• Define and configure test equipment and instrumentation.
• Manage test programmes and document results accurately.

Skills

Experience in the use of HALT/HASS

Testing of motors, controllers or other powertrain systems

Ability to use MATLAB, Python or NI tools

Analytical and judgment skills

Self-starter attitude with enthusiasm

Education
