Job summary

Scale Factory (formerly Ten10) is seeking a Test Lead to ensure clients’ systems meet high quality standards. You’ll be hands-on across functional testing, system, system integration, and user acceptance testing, while guiding teams, defining test scenarios, and raising quality defects.

You’ll explore testing ideas, improve coverage, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable software in an Agile consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience across system, system integration, and user acceptance testing
• Experience defining and maintaining quality test plans and approaches

Responsibilities

• Perform system, system integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Establish and maintain test plans and reporting.
• Identify and raise defects with accuracy and clarity.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress via project trackers.
• Lead small teams and foster continuous improvement.
