Job summary

You will define testing strategy, lead test engineering teams, oversee testing activities ensuring quality within time and cost constraints, and escalate defects as needed. Candidates must hold SC Security Clearance and have Informatica PowerCentre and Oracle experience.

• Understands the limitations of digital technology.
• SC Security Clearance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the test function and the testing community.
• Lead multiple test engineering teams with technical leadership and guidance.
• Deliver testing activities, ensuring quality, time, and cost objectives are met.
• Act as escalation point for defects or issues that block delivery.
• Define approaches for test infrastructure and drive improvements using outputs.
• Identify required technical test tools.
• Monitor test suite performance and reduce technical debt where possible.
• Drive standardisation by sharing reusable libraries and services across teams.
• Coordinate dependencies and align teams on priorities.
• Develop appropriate test approaches and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Lead investigative work to improve existing processes and collect data for recommendations.
• Plan system and acceptance tests, coordinating functional and non-functional specs.
