Bluebook Partners LTD in central London is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Design Engineer/Manager to provide technical leadership and oversee temporary works design across demolition, enabling works, groundworks and reinforced concrete projects.

You will own design delivery, coordinate the design team, ensure compliance with BS 5975 and CDM, and deliver safe, practical and commercially effective engineering solutions on time and within budget.

Formación

• Experience leading temporary works design for demolition, enabling works, groundworks and RC projects.
• Ability to prepare briefs, design criteria, loading, interface and installation/dismantling sequences.
• Proven capability to review and approve designs within competent categories.
• Knowledge of BS 5975 and CDM regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop practical, safe, cost-effective temporary works solutions from concept to detailed design.
• Lead design across varied schemes including demolition stability and propping.
• Review calculations, drawings and submissions, with independent checks where required.
• Plan workload to meet procurement and construction dates and support development of the team.
