Job summary

The Highfield Company in Worcestershire is seeking a skilled Structural Steelwork Draughtsman to join our drawing office on a full-time, office-based basis. You will transform complex design concepts into actionable manufacturing plans using Tekla Structures, supporting sports stadium projects in the UK and overseas.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in large-scale structural steel and strong CAD proficiency, including Revit and AutoCAD, delivering precise, fabrication-ready

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience on large-scale structural steel projects.
Competent in Tekla Structures.
Strong knowledge of CAD tools including Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Create Tekla-based drawings for structural steel projects.
Convert design concepts into manufacturing plans.
Contribute to stadium construction projects in the UK and overseas.
