Job summary

Our Future Health is seeking a Lead Technology Programme Manager to own major cross-cutting technology programmes, aligning teams, plans and priorities to deliver meaningful outcomes. You will report to senior technical leaders, manage dependencies, and navigate competing priorities with clarity and momentum.

You'll bring experience leading large programmes, influence without formal authority, and balance strategic thinking with attention to detail in a fast-moving, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience delivering large technology programmes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across autonomous teams.
• Technical curiosity and ability to discuss technical decisions with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programmes and establish objectives, plans, milestones and success measures.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, architecture, security, product and operations teams.
• Identify capacity constraints and trade-offs, helping senior leaders make informed decisions.
• Provide clear updates to Technology leadership, the Executive team and boards.
• Improve programme standards and visibility within the central delivery function.
