Job summary

UK Home Office seeks a Lead Technology Delivery Manager to guide Enterprise Services in delivering critical technology products. You will lead across several teams and a complex delivery portfolio, remove barriers, and build trusted senior stakeholder relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure successful outcomes.

You will use data to strengthen delivery disciplines, improve visibility, and enable joined-up cross-team working, backed by significant autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams across different delivery approaches (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong experience delivering technology products and services through their lifecycle.
• Track record of unifying teams around shared goals and objectives.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivery across multiple teams, using appropriate delivery approaches.
• Lead delivery within time and cost constraints with clear updates to governance.
• Build high-performing teams and remove barriers to joined-up delivery.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with effective strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and their needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to monitor performance and resolve issues.
