Position: Senior Technology Delivery Manager

OWG Tech department is seeking a seasoned Senior Technology Delivery Manager to lead technology integration in mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven record in managing complex software projects. The successful candidate will align technology integration with MMC standards, drive innovation, and ensure seamless transitions, actively engaging in processes to guarantee successful delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our technology landscape and enhance leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the technology integration process for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with MMC standards, best practices, and objectives related to software solutions.
  2. Develop and manage project plans and timelines for technology-related M&A activities, focusing on adherence to schedules and compliance with technological and security requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Product Owners, Project Managers, Development teams, Senior Management, and relevant business domains to ensure successful integration of software solutions.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology integration in M&A projects, ensuring a smooth transition into existing infrastructure and compliance with security requirements.
  5. Conduct thorough technology due diligence to assess the IT/software solutions landscape of target companies and identify potential integration challenges.
  6. Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the acquiring organization’s infrastructure and standards.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of technology integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  8. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers involved in M&A technology projects, ensuring alignment with integration goals.
  9. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in technology delivery and integration, particularly in software development and deployment.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Extensive experience in technology delivery management, especially in software development aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
  3. Proven track record managing complex technology integration projects, particularly in software environments.
  4. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software architecture.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with change management and organizational change initiatives.
  2. Project management certification such as PMP is preferred.
