Person specification
  • Completion of application form relevant to the post
  • Understanding of the role of an HCA in a Hospice at Home team
  • Evidence of team working
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
  • Hospice at Home HCA experience
  • Communication skills training or evidence of courses/studies
