Job Opportunity: BIM Specialist (6-Month Contract)

A leading client in the property sector is seeking a BIM Specialist for a 6-month contract. The role involves working across multiple specialisms, focusing on BIM methodologies, detailed design drawings, 3D modelling, technical reports, design coordination, and advising colleagues.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a surveying or architectural practice with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Understanding of BIM processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with knowledge of RIBA stages 0-7, and responsibilities of Designer/Lead Consultant/Contract Administration.
• Strong visual communication skills using industry-standard media.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with the Design Team, clients, and consultants.
• Knowledge of modern construction techniques.
• Membership in CIAT is preferable; retrofit experience is a plus but not essential.

Role Requirements
