Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a on-site Team Supervisor for water treatment sites to support day-to-day operations, manage contractors and deliveries, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

The role focuses on improving asset availability, applying standardised H&S and quality practices, handling customer issues, and providing cover for the Team Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Water treatment and supply experience required.
• Maintenance, electrical or instrumentation work experience.
• Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to audiences.
• Strong understanding and experience of H&S management including contractors and suppliers.
• Supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving license.
