Job summary

Luxoft in London is seeking a Senior Technical Training & Documentation Lead to own creation, organization and rollout of training and knowledge materials for a LoanIQ implementation. You will collaborate with SMEs across LoanIQ, Lending, Product, Operations and Technology to turn expertise into clear, maintainable documentation and training for business and technical users.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technical writing, training development and documentation leadership within complex technology programmes.
• Proven ability to translate SME knowledge into clear, structured training materials.
• Excellent technical writing, documentation and information-architecture skills.
• Experience producing training for both business and technical audiences.
• End-to-end ownership of training/documentation initiatives from discovery to maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience documenting complex systems, data, integrations or software-development practices.
• Knowledge of content governance and version control best practices.
• Experience with modern documentation platforms and AI-assisted content/knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Own training and documentation strategy and rollout plans from discovery through adoption and maintenance.
• Collaborate with LoanIQ and Lending SMEs to structure specialist knowledge into usable content.
• Create high-quality materials including courses, presentations, user guides and knowledge-base content.
• Develop learning content covering LoanIQ processes, configuration, data, reporting, DataNet, SDK and support practices.
• Design learning journeys for business users, operations, developers and application-support teams.
• Plan training delivery: sequencing, channels, communications, assessments and feedback.
• Establish documentation standards, information architecture, versioning and governance.
• Develop train-the-trainer and knowledge-transfer approaches for ongoing maintenance.
• Utilize modern tooling and AI-assisted documentation where appropriate.
