Job summary

UBS Group AG in London seeks a seasoned LoanIQ SME with strong Business Analysis skills to lead LoanIQ implementation efforts within a major banking project. You will bridge business stakeholders, engineering teams, and QA to define, prioritise, and deliver robust integration solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in banking, LoanIQ, and frontend/back-end impact analysis, with a focus on governance and compliant change delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Business Analysis in banking/financial services
• Experience with LoanIQ application/data model
• Experience with Loan platform migrations to LoanIQ

Responsibilities

• LoanIQ analysis, requirements gathering and SME expertise for LoanIQ implementation and integration.
• Analyze impact of changes on front-to-back systems flows and architecture.
• Gather business requirements and create detailed specifications.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Finance & IT for seamless integration.
• Assist users in setting up/executing User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items with Product Owner.
