Veolia Group, a global leader in environmental services, seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Office-based in Lane End, High Wycombe with international travel.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• BTEC Level 4 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
• Experience in a Technical Support Engineer or Service Engineer role.
• Strong IT skills (Google Workspace or similar).
• Multilingual or able to communicate across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across ELGA systems and partner networks.
• Travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Support large-scale installations, including validation and performance troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Deliver and support technical training for partner teams globally.
• Manage warranty claims, including testing returned components.
