- Experience in a fast-paced technical support environment, with focus on user experience.
- Root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution skills.
- Proficiency deploying and supporting Windows and macOS devices in an MDM environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, VDI and mobile devices, including management through SCCM, Jamf and Intune.
- Act as escalation point between Tech Support and 3rd line engineering teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and connectivity issues.
- Mentor and coach engineers within the team and support on-call coverage.
- Lead non-BAU initiatives and project work, improving processes and automation.
